Custom Design & Setup Requirements
At Thanks, we believe every interaction should feel beautiful and on-brand.
As part of onboarding, our team will create custom embed or splash screen designs based on your integration type, tailored to your platform and user experience.
Note: Your dedicated Thanks representative will support you through the setup and configuration of your Thanks Experience.
They’ll provide your unique Partner ID and any custom code required based on your chosen integration (for example, the Thanks Embed offers multiple sizing options that use different snippets).
Our goal is to ensure your customers always enjoy the most seamless and rewarding experience possible.
To get started, please work with your Account Manager to provide the following details:

| Platform | Web, mobile web, or app |
| Test environment | Recommended before going live and shared with your Account Manager |
Tip: After these details are confirmed, your tech lead or Account Manager can provide the platform ID and setup code.
