When set to regional, periods align to the advertiser's regional timezone (Australia > Sydney, US > New York, UK > London). When set to utc, periods align to UTC. This parameter only affects period grouping — it does not change which events are included in the response. Event inclusion is determined solely by the startDate and endDate ISO 8601 timestamps.
